Responsibilities
Perform thorough assessments and record patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Administer hemodialysis treatment accurately and ensure patients’ comfort and safety.
Monitor patients closely throughout dialysis sessions to identify any adverse reactions or complications.
Develop and update nursing care plans based on individual patient needs.
Promptly communicate any issues or concerns that arise during dialysis treatments to the appropriate medical professionals.
Collaborate with dialysis technicians to ensure proper setup and functioning of dialysis machines and equipment.
Qualifications
