DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assumes responsibility for the delivery of quality patient care for the unit.

• Conducts rounds throughout the unit to monitor actual patient care delivered, to assess progress of procedure and to ascertain any potential delays in expected procedure ending time.

• Provides leadership and direction to nursing personnel in accordance with organizational and departmental service quality commitment.

• Ensures staff compliance with hospital/unit policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.

QUALIFICATION

• Must be a Registered Nurse and have Hemodialysis Training

• At least 5 years work experience as a Dialysis Nurse
