Medicover Inc. is seeking a Hemodialysis Senior Nurse to deliver specialized care for patients with kidney failure, managing dialysis treatments, monitoring health, and educating patients about their condition.

The role involves initiating, monitoring, and terminating hemodialysis, ensuring patient safety during treatment, and coordinating with in-house physicians and nephrologists for concerns and lab values. Strong teamwork and documentation are essential for quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with kidney failure through hemodialysis treatment.
• Initiates, monitors, and terminates hemodialysis treatment.
• Works closely with other medical staff to ensure that the patient is safe while undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
• Refer any concerns, complications, laboratory values to the In-house Physician/Attending Nephrologist.
• Discusses patient’s concern and doing the health teachings to patient.
• Verify that patients are taking all prescribed medications, advising doctors of any significant change in patient’s health.
• Reviews patient’s laboratory schedules (Routine laboratories and hepatitis profile) and reminds them for next due schedule.
• Supervision of patient care
• Act as role model by giving nursing care to patients using nursing skills and nursing process.
• Collaborates with the Head Nurse and In-house physicians regarding care management of patients.
• Monitoring of clinical supplies
• Ensures proper documentation
