Responsibilities

• Assists in the installation of conduits, ducts, sleeves, and panel boxes.
• Helps prepare work sites by clearing areas and organizing materials.
• Carries, loads, and unloads tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follows instructions from supervisors and technicians on site.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety at the work area.
• Uses hand tools and basic equipment as instructed.

JOB SUMMARY

The Helper/Laborer provides manual labor support for fiber optic, copper cables and civil works projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in pulling fiber optic cables through conduits, trenches, and pathways
• Performs basic civil works such as digging, backfilling, concreting, and site cleanup
• Assists in the installation of conduits, ducts, sleeves, and panel boxes
• Helps prepare work sites by clearing areas and organizing materials

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
