Job description

We are looking for hardworking and dependable Helpers to assist in daily site operations for telecom construction projects. This role involves manual labor, equipment handling, and basic support to technical teams. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Benguet, La Union, or Bulacan and have valid driving skills, as driving support vehicles will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist riggers, technicians, and team leaders in transporting, lifting, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Drive company service vehicles to and from site locations, warehouse, or supplier points.
• Load and unload construction supplies, tools, and telecom equipment.
• Provide on-site support during installation of telecom towers, fiber lines, and related works.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and vehicles.
• Follow all safety instructions and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Assist in setting up work zones, barricades, and safety signage.
• Perform other general labor and site support duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or at least Junior High Level (Grade 10).
• Preferably with driving experience and a valid driver’s license (RC 1 & 2).

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or work in outdoor conditions.
