Job summary

Snapscale is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant / Referral Coordinator to support a US-based practice. The role focuses on referral management, patient records, chart preparation, and pre-visit coordination.

This part-time position starts at about 10 hours per week with potential to grow. Onsite work in Davao is required, and you will handle portals, follow ups, chart updates, and PHI confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Virtual Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Experience with referral coordination and tracking preferred.
• Experience with US-based healthcare practices preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient referrals into external portals
• Track referral status and follow up on pending referrals
• Coordinate referrals and specialist appointments as needed
• Maintain referral records and documentation
• Prepare and organize patient charts before visits
• Ensure PHI confidentiality in handling information
• Assist with patient intake and registrations
