Job summary

Snapscale is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support a US-based practice with referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance administrative tasks. This part-time, onsite role in Davao requires a detail-oriented, dependable candidate who can manage tasks from start to finish and keep all records up to date.

Responsibilities include tracking referrals, coordinating authorizations, and providing patient follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or VA roles is required or preferred.
• Familiarity with referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance workflows.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to track tasks through final resolution and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals from assignment to completion.
• Coordinate and process prior authorizations with insurers.
• Submit referral and authorization documentation accurately.
• Follow up with insurance providers and partners as needed.
• Maintain EMR/EHR records and update patient information.
