Concentrix is seeking a Manage, Quality Lead to supervise Transaction Monitoring teams across programs and sites in the Philippines. You will ensure accuracy of evaluations, guide staff development, and drive continuous improvement in quality and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6–12 months in a Quality Lead role, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a proven ability to mentor teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
