The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent experience and two years in HR, with PHR preferred. The position supports flexible hybrid, onsite, or virtual work arrangements in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of all HR functions and strong communication skills.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office tools.
• Regular collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview qualified candidates to assess fit.
• Develop and evaluate recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to meet staffing goals.
• Review offers and internal equity before approval.
• Extend offers to candidates.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Participate in improvement projects as directed by leadership.
• Perform other duties as required.
