Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare staffing or medical imaging preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and database searches.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, licensure, and role fit; build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Communicate job opportunities, compensation, and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Present qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
• Support offers discussions, candidate acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
