You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate offers and onboarding, and maintain compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare, with onsite work at Makati.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare, hospital operations, or professional services exposure preferred.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
• Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at the Makati office and undertake fieldwork as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategy and workforce planning to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers for offers and selections.
• Coordinate offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, audits, and recruitment metrics.
