Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a customer care professional to support our obesity management services from our Makati office. You will handle patient inquiries via phone and email, primarily supporting the UK market during mid-shift or night hours, and liaise with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners to ensure seamless care.

The role requires 3+ years in customer care with at least 1 year in sales, a strong healthcare interest, excellent communication, and the ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer care or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Interest in healthcare and wellness sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software (Mac and Google Suite a plus).
• Willingness to work late mid-shift or night shifts in Manila time.

Responsibilities

• Support our clinics’ patients through phone and email.
• Support the UK market (mid-shift/night shift).
• Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes or service.
