Job summary

Recruitify_HR is hiring a Healthcare Support Specialist in the Philippines. You will handle calls about healthcare inquiries, benefits, and claims, delivering empathetic, accurate support and documenting all interactions in the system.

We offer 18,000 PHP basic pay, 4,000 Premium Allowance, 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance, plus 20% Night Differential, HMO from Day 1, and annual salary increases. Onsite shifting schedules with growth opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• College graduate or 2 years of college with BPO experience.
• Senior High School Graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience.
• Strong interpersonal, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, benefits, and claims.
• Deliver accurate and efficient customer support with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist members with benefit verifications, billing concerns, and general healthcare-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the system with accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
