Job summary

Accenture Strategy and Consulting is seeking outcome-oriented problem solvers to work on transformation strategies for healthcare clients. You will join a global Health & Public Services practice delivering end-to-end business and technology transformation.

As part of Accenture Health & Public Services, you will help improve patient outcomes through New Science and collaboration, coordinating with client leadership and delivering impact across programs and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare payer and provider value chains.
• Experience with program management, architecture, or related transformation work.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare transformation initiatives for clients, coordinating with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver structured, compelling oral and written communications in English.
• Manage delivery ownership and team coordination across projects.
• Apply business analysis and program management skills to drive outcomes.
