Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a supportive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and remind patients of the appointments.
• Receive inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Verify and update patient information in the system.
• Answer basic patient inquiries or route calls to appropriate practice.
• Follow scheduling protocols and insurance guidelines as needed.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and scheduled appointments.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations at all times.
