Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare call centers or medical billing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of US health insurance, EOBs, and benefits.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive guarantor collections and resolve accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service via calls and other channels.
• Troubleshoot billing inquiries and explain insurance coverages.
• Document all interactions and action steps in the system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve denials or missing payments.
