Job summary

JB Hired seeks a General Manager - Care Trials with a proven track record in sales management within the clinical or healthcare sector. The role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth across markets.

You will provide visionary leadership, oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, and lead the clinical sales team to hit targets. Travel to client sites and industry events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in startup companies.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the clinical or healthcare sales industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Must have skills in solving problems independently.
• Based in the Philippines or willing to travel there.
