Job summary

Wingman Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Business Manager – Healthcare & Growth to drive BD, secure new Australian clients and build a scalable recruitment operation. You will own the sales function, establish processes, and lead initiatives to grow offshore recruitment capabilities as the business expands.

This role targets healthcare recruitment across allied health disciplines, with the potential to lead a larger team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency recruitment within the Australian market.
• Experience managing recruitment consultants.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities and establish a consistent pipeline of new clients.
• Identify target organisations, hiring decision-makers and opportunities within the Australian healthcare market.
• Conduct proactive outreach, client meetings and business development conversations.
• Present recruitment solutions, negotiate commercial terms and secure new client agreements.
• Convert leads and enquiries into signed agreements and active recruitment assignments.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Develop strategies to generate new business independently and reduce reliance on referrals.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline using CRM (Loxo) and track activity.
• Develop sales strategies and maintain forecasts and performance reporting.
• Work towards revenue, billing and growth targets.
