• Experience recruiting for Healthcare BPO roles such as CSR, Healthcare Associate, Medical Claims, Medical Billing, or related positions.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
• Screen candidates for healthcare/BPO experience, communication skills, and schedule availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Provide candidates with accurate information regarding account, compensation, schedule, and work setup.
