Qualifications

• Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
• 1 year of BPO experience required for Medical Allied background.
• 2 years of BPO voice experience for Non-Medical Allied background.
• Ability to work onsite in BGC, Taguig with graveyard/rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on balance billing and payment processing.
• Assist with insurance verification and benefits eligibility.
• Coordinate with the doctor’s office to secure authorization.
• Provide patient support and resolve disputes as needed.
