Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced Healthcare Operations leader to direct day-to-day activities of assigned teams in accordance with US healthcare protocols and patient safety standards. This role focuses on coordinating scheduling, patient navigation, revenue cycle, and provider support to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (required for Administrative Operations roles).
• At least seven (7) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience in global captive centers or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of assigned teams in line with US healthcare protocols and patient safety guidelines.
• Oversee scheduling, patient navigation, patient resource support, provider support, revenue cycle, and accounts receivable.
• Provide oversight of clinical operations, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate administrative operations, maintain data/reporting integrity, and meet productivity targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and career development.
• Act as liaison between shared services teams and US healthcare leadership for alignment with objectives.
• Foster high-performing teams through collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
• Champion process optimization by implementing best practices and acting on feedback.
• Assess evolving requirements and introduce process enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
• Maintain compliance with quality, service, and regulatory requirements across responsibilities.
• Facilitate organizational change with clear communication and adaptability.
