• Experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, scheduling, and staff supervision is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dialysis center and coordinate between clinical, administrative, and support staff.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, manpower requirements, and daily work assignments.
• Monitor employee performance, adherence to policies, and productivity.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure staff follow procedures, policies, and patient service standards.
