The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dialysis center, ensuring efficient workflow, quality patient service, proper staffing, and compliance with company policies and healthcare standards. The role is ideal for a candidate with a background in Human Resources Management, Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management, with strong supervisory and people-management skills.
Supervise the daily operations of the dialysis center and ensure smooth coordination among clinical, administrative, and support personnel.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, manpower requirements, and daily work assignments.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the HR department regarding recruitment, onboarding, training, employee concerns, and performance management.
Ensure that staff follow established operating procedures, workplace policies, and patient service standards.
Monitor the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and overall readiness of the facility.
Assist in resolving patient, employee, and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor supplies, equipment, administrative requirements, and other operational needs.
Prepare and submit operational reports, attendance reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with the Center Head, Medical Director, Head Nurse, and other department heads regarding operational concerns.
Help implement programs and procedures that improve workflow, employee performance, and patient experience.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable company and healthcare requirements.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and coaching to employees.
Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferably with 2–4 years of supervisory or management experience, particularly in HR, operations, healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented organizations.
Experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, scheduling, and staff supervision is an advantage.
Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to handle employee and patient concerns professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting/documentation.
With ACLS and BLS training certification.
Willing to work in a healthcare environment and work from Mondays to Saturdays.
The preferred candidate has an HRM/HR management background combined with strong operations and people-management experience. Experience managing staff, schedules, employee concerns, and day-to-day operations in a service-oriented environment is highly desirable.
