Job summary

Insight Global Philippines seeks a CQORM Supervisor to lead onboarding, credentialing, and health-screening processes for client projects, reporting to US leadership.

You will manage a team of CQORM representatives, coordinate background checks, health screenings, and client-facing reporting, and serve as an escalation point for US leadership; also oversee office operations with Philippine leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO supervisory experience leading teams.
• 1+ years direct coding audit experience; development and build for related client-facing reporting (inpatient and outpatient) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to Clinical Quality & Operational Risk Management Leadership in US; assist in forming employee development plans and monitor progress against performance objectives.
• Oversee staff performance in partnership with other leaders within defined scope of the role; support and lead internal and client-facing projects including hiring, training and oversight of delivery.
• Manage a team responsible for onboarding and credentialing; initiate background checks and health screenings; monitor results and upload to candidate files.
• Provide daily updates to Credentialing Coordinator on pending screenings and searches; ensure documentation is uploaded to internal reporting tools; meet turnaround times and deliverables.
• Serve as subject matter expert in medical/payer coding and billing projects; assist in coding audit program development and delivery; escalate to US leadership as needed.
• Office management in partnership with other Philippine leaders; raise process and performance gaps as needed.

• Manage a team of CQORM representatives responsible for onboarding & credentialing and ensure operational execution and delivery, including but not limited to:
• Initiation of background checks, health screenings, and competency assessments
• Follow an algorithm to schedule health screenings at a clinic
• Monitoring background check results and uploading completed results to the candidate file
• Monitoring health screening results and conducting lab outreach to obtain missing results per a defined operating procedure
• Provide a daily update to Credentialing Coordinator on all pending health screenings and background check searches
• Uploading documents to the candidate’s file in appropriate internal reporting tools and systems
• Other duties as assigned
• Conduct work in accordance with written expectations and as measured through defined key performance indicators and raise process and performance gaps as needed to Leadership
• Meet written turnaround times and other deliverables as directed
• Serves as subject matter expert in medical / payer coding & billing projects including customized coding audit program development, implementation and ongoing delivery and reporting build and coding/auditing technology support
• Serve as an escalation point for US based leadership
• Office management in partnership with other Philippine leaders
