ASIANCARE in Makati is seeking a dedicated customer service associate to support management and members. The role combines office-based work with field visits to explain services and deliver documents, including on weekends if urgent.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and help align medical interventions with billing. Fresh graduates are welcome; full-time positions with rotating shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course medical course or business course
• With or without work experience
• Willing to work on Office - based with field work

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with management and co-workers to complete essential projects; also capable of working independently to ensure tasks are completed ON TIME.
• Available to answer phone calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays, in line with the demands of the healthcare service, where immediate response to clients healthcare needs is often required.
• Responsible for receiving and delivering messages as needed 24/7, also handle the sorting and distribution of incoming mail to the appropriate personnel.
• Preparing membership cards and organize materials from accredited facilities for distribution to members.
• Willing to do fieldwork when conducting orientations to customers, clients or accredited facilities, delivering documents, including on weekends or holidays if necessary or urgent delivery requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and clients to fully understand of their needs and deliver effective, tailored service.
• Promptly and professionally manage, document, and resolve customer and client complaints.
• Assist with customers' medical needs in a compassionate and courteous manner.
• Collect necessary customer and client information with attention to detail.
• Regularly review and update customer and client records to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze and align medical interventions with associated charges.
