Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s Degree in IT/CS with healthcare experience.
• 5+ years in information technology or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with IT/digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create BRDs and FRs and facilitate requirement sign-off sessions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and training materials.
• Support change management and end-user adoption activities.
