Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience in healthcare insurance accounts.
• Experience with radiology accounts or digital imaging centers is a plus.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and back office is a plus.
• Familiar with CPT, ICD/ICD10, and DX codes.
• HIPAA training or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers and assist with their needs.
• Set appointments for patients and confirm them.
• Gather information related to customers' concerns and provide resolutions.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by updating information.
• Escalate critical issues beyond agent capability.
• Process orders and label electronically received faxes.
• Call patients to update them on upcoming scheduled procedures and preparations.
