Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Philippines seeks an FP&A Expert to drive forward-looking financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis within our Global Business Services. You will partner with global finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and inform strategic decisions through robust data analytics.

The role emphasizes automation, standardization, and process improvements in FP&A, including budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close support, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management reporting, or accounting.
• Experience in healthcare accounting and/or analysis; knowledge of third‑party reimbursement in a global shared service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Experience using ERP and FP&A systems.
• Familiarity with forecasting and budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, budgeting, and variance analysis processes; provide data-driven financial insights.
• Lead development and maintenance of complex financial models and scenario analyses.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze KPIs, cost trends, and financial results to inform performance improvements.
• Design and generate recurring and ad hoc financial reports with data accuracy.
• Support month-end close by reconciling forecasts with actuals and data imports.
