Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Philippines seeks a Senior Value-Based Expert to provide advanced analytical support for managed care contracting and value-based payment arrangements. You will lead complex financial modeling, pro forma development, and performance evaluations in collaboration with managed care leadership.

The role requires expertise in forecasting, reconciliation, and data visualization to inform negotiation strategy and enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, payer analytics, or related field.
• Experience building analytics to drive business decisions and actions.
• Experience supporting value-based contract development including performance measurement and reconciliation.
• Experience with forecasting, audits, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare advanced reimbursement and financial analyses to support contract negotiations.
• Design and evaluate value-based payment models (shared savings, quality metrics, risk corridors).
• Develop pro forma and sensitivity analyses to forecast financial impact of contract changes.
• Monitor contract performance and identify financial risks and non-compliance.
• Create monthly forecasts and financial packages for value-based programs.
• Conduct quarterly/annual reconciliation audits for value-based programs.
