Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Data Ingest Monitoring Specialist to manage intake of billing files and patient records from multiple sources, ensuring timely and accurate data import into the system. You will validate file integrity, organize records, and process case logs and surgery schedules with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in medical billing or revenue cycle roles, familiarity with EHRs and reporting tools, and a commitment to HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum1–2 years of experience in medical billing, charge posting, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with batch processing, visit list management, and charge log review.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHR, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor file intake and billing submissions.
• Pull patient records and billing files from portals.
• Index and organize records for easy retrieval.
• Validate data formatting and resolve ingestion discrepancies.
