Qualifications

• Must be a PWD with a valid PWD ID.
• Fresh Graduate in Allied Health with no BPO experience.
• Completed 2 years in college any course with at least 6 months international BPO voice experience.
• At least High School Graduate with 1 year international BPO voice experience.
• Willing to work fully onsite.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and services to customers and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards for consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction targets and KPIs.
