Qualifications

• College graduate with TOR and Diploma readily available.
• At least 1 year of international healthcare insurance BPO experience handling benefits, claims and eligibility.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup and fixed night shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle benefits, claims and eligibility inquiries for international clients.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues via phone and chat.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare insurance processes and SLAs.
