Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing healthcare inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, products, and procedures to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's system with detailed records.
• Follow established protocols to maintain healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain call quality standards and achieve performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT, attendance).
• Participate in training programmes to develop product knowledge and CS skills.
