Everise Ortigas is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account. No prior experience required for fresh graduates; open to college graduates.

The role involves handling high volume inbound calls, presenting products, and improving customer satisfaction while working on shifting schedules in an onsite Pasig setup. You will join a supportive environment with paid training, health and life insurance from day 1, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required for college graduates.
• 6 months TSR experience for SHS/HS.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Comfortable with an onsite setup.
• Preferably residing near Pasig/Mandaluyong or nearby areas.
• Must have an active Viber account.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to resolve customer issues.
• Presents new products and services.
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Gauge customer responses effectively.
• Gather customer information, assess and fulfill needs, and educate customers.
• Resolve issues via one-call resolution or escalation.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for company and client.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements for the client and customers.
• Prepare call disposition or generate reports as required.
