Job summary

You will maintain compliant records, collaborate with Operations Managers, Carrier Billing, and US AR teams, and ensure HIPAA and PCI standards are followed in daily activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in Collections, AR, or Billing in healthcare/financial sectors.
• Bachelor's degree (4 years) required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and PCI standards is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review reimbursement breakdowns, identify outstanding balances, and initiate calls or secure payment links.
• Record and track all member interactions in designated databases with standard follow-up timelines.
• Answer incoming collection-related calls and emails to assist members with settlements.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and PCI standards to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Carrier Billing, and US AR teams on process improvements.
