You will ensure documentation meets standards, maintain records, and collaborate to hit quality targets while supporting a healthcare account. This onsite position emphasizes accuracy and independence along with ongoing professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months BPO experience (Healthcare Account Experience is a PLUS).
• ABA experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong system navigation and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong.
• Amenable to night shift.
