Job summary

AS White Global Philippines, a growing Australian healthcare services organization, seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to support day-to-day operations. You will liaise with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to coordinate referrals, appointments, and inquiries, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, enquiries, and client requests.
• Receive and coordinate referrals from various providers, from initial referral through to appointment booking.
• Communicate with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure a smooth referral process.
• Coordinate therapist diaries, availability, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate client and referral information across relevant systems.
• Respond to enquiries and follow-ups through the ticketing system.
• Handle client-related administration and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
