Medicare Plus, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team for membership growth and partnerships in the Philippine market. You will plan, develop, and execute strategies to drive revenue while mentoring the team and maintaining relationships with key clients.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a proven track record of achieving targets in health insurance. Office-based with field work possible, offering competitive compensation and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Healthcare, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in health insurance or HMO.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure high-quality product presentations and client orientations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to onboard clients.
