Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve discrepancies before submission to carriers.
• Prepare enrollment reports and census data for carrier submissions.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely processing of client requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Assist with client inquiries and resolve escalated service issues.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.
