Job summary

BizForce seeks an experienced Manager, Health Guide Operations & Patient Experience to lead and scale our Health Guide function, overseeing day-to-day performance and patient experience across a growing team. You will partner with senior leadership, coach team leads, drive KPI dashboards, and implement cross-functional improvements to reduce friction and boost outcomes in a fast-paced, remote environment.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and offers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, customer experience, healthcare support, or related leadership.
• Experience coaching frontline teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to track performance with KPIs and data-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with CRM, case management, scheduling, or workflow systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Guide team leads and drive performance development across the Health Guide team.
• Define and monitor key operational metrics (response times, scheduling speed, satisfaction).
• Develop dashboards and weekly operational reporting.
• Coach teams to improve productivity, quality, and consistency; drive action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, documentation quality, and HIPAA related standards.
