Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Manager within the Health & Benefits business development team. You own a sales pipeline, drive personal revenue targets and coordinate internal resources to deliver high-quality pursuits while providing project-based coaching.

You will build relationships with client stakeholders, insurers and partners, progress standard to moderately complex opportunities, and stay current on local employee benefits market trends to support client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, consulting or B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and meeting assigned targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to coach junior colleagues; formal people-management not required.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of H&B capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress an assigned sales pipeline across H&B Philippines products and solutions.
• Achieve personal sales targets through new client acquisition and opportunity development.
• Independently manage standard to moderately complex pursuits from research to proposal delivery.
• Build productive relationships with client stakeholders, insurers and internal colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of the local employee benefits market to support client conversations.
• Coordinate with Lead Relationship Managers, Global Client Relationship Managers and specialists.
• Prepare buyer-focused proposals, presentations and sales materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, workshops and thought leadership activities.
• Maintain complete, timely pipeline information using mandated tools.
• Coach junior colleagues through projects and pursuits.
