Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end software testing across complex programs. The role requires coordinating multiple test teams, defining testing strategies, and ensuring project success through risk mitigation and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in core banking/financial domains, experience with ALM, Jira-Xray, and Azure DevOps, and a proven ability to deliver across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in software testing with at least 5 years in a Test Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience managing hybrid teams (internal and vendor/external resources).
• Hands-on with test management tools (ALM, Jira-Xray, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all testing activities within the project or delivery unit.
• Manage test resources including leads, analysts, engineers, and automation specialists.
• Ensure adherence to testing processes and visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs.
• Prioritize testing activities to meet commitments and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other leaders to align testing strategies with enterprise standards.
