Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for banking applications and digital platforms.

You will develop testing strategies, plans, and cases based on business requirements and oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing. You will coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements, manage defects, and drive on-time delivery while ensuring compliance with banking standards and data privacy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Banking industry experience preferred (core banking systems, digital banking, payments).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience leading testing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for banking applications, systems and digital banking platforms.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases from requirements.
• Manage functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Supervise testing teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, PMs and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify, track and manage defects; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards and data privacy policies.
• Manage testing schedules, resources and budgets to meet timelines and delivery goals.
• Evaluate results and advise on release readiness and production deployment.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices.
