Job summary

IIX Global, a Singapore-headquartered impact investing pioneer, seeks a Head of Technology & Data Business to turn data, platforms, and ESG expertise into revenue-generating products. You will own commercial strategy, monetization, the product portfolio, data strategy, partnerships, and the unit’s P&L.

You’ll lead a distributed team across Indonesia, India, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka, driving product-led growth and customer value for institutional clients and investors.

Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years across fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or technology.
• Proven track record of taking technology products to market and generating revenue with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading distributed multi-country teams and product-led go-to-market.
• Strong data strategy, data product design, and analytics fluency including user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Own overall commercial outcomes for IIX Fintech, including P&L, revenue targets, pricing, and unit economics.
• Lead product portfolio and go-to-market; drive design partnerships and pilot programs to paying customers.
• Oversee data strategy, methodology, models, and datasets; ensure privacy and compliance.
• Embed product thinking across the organization; partner with business units to scale pilots into revenue.
• Hire and build a distributed team; set KPIs, rhythms, and high-performance culture.
• Balance ongoing platform support with capacity for new product development.
