Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a senior leader to steer Talent Management and Organization Development across the organization. This role will lead a team and drive strategic priorities in a complex matrix environment.

The candidate will build the talent strategy, lead multiple OD initiatives, manage succession processes, and design/implement large-scale OD programs in partnership with senior leadership. Strong English communication and 15+ years of HR/OD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree in HR/Psychology.
• 15+ years of experience in handling associate issues, investigations, and resolution.
• Experience in driving organization development initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proven leadership in a highly matrixed international environment.
• Project management and execution capabilities; high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management and Organization Development functions and build a team.
• Develop and implement talent strategy and framework for diverse businesses/functions.
• Drive multiple OD initiatives as required by the organization.
• Lead succession management and coordinate cadence with senior leadership.
• Design and deploy OD initiatives as needed.
• Program manage large-scale talent initiatives with change management and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Drive I&D-related OD solutions in partnership with leadership.
