Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in project management, governance, and leadership, with strong communication. Preference for PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma and experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in project management, governance, compliance, or risk management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in governance, compliance, internal controls, and project portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure governance frameworks, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls are followed; oversee governance documentation and reporting.
• Lead project portfolios across Contact Center initiatives, ensuring planning, prioritization, and resource allocation align with PMO standards.
• Mitigate risks across projects and governance activities; address compliance gaps, delays, and critical issues.
• Manage and develop project managers and governance staff; ensure timely governance and reporting; drive continuous improvement and accountability.
