Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned product leader to own and drive a broad Software and IoT portfolio across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.

You will shape strategic direction, define the commercial roadmap, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver desirable, feasible, and viable products. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to align go-to-market plans, pricing, and platform integrations, while tracking P&L and market trends to maximize

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, portfolio strategy, or closely related roles within tech/telecom.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership capacity managing multi-product portfolios.
• Track record of launching commercially successful products for consumer and business markets.
• Solid knowledge of IoT, SaaS, productivity software, or connected device ecosystems.
• Strong pricing, P&L management, and market positioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and lifecycle management of the Software and IoT portfolio.
• Lead product managers across productivity software, smart home and IoT devices, collaboration tools, and connected workplace systems.
• Ensure products are desirable, feasible, and viable across consumer, SME, and enterprise segments.
• Track technology trends and identify opportunities to evolve the portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth, adoption, and profitability.
• Define pricing models and business cases for new products and enhancements.
• Assess build, partner, or integration opportunities to shorten time to market.
• Collaborate with segment-focused partners to tailor bundled offers and campaigns.
• Monitor product performance against P&L targets and optimize CLV.
• Partner with Enablement, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance for launches and delivery.
• Represent the product organization in cross-functional planning and innovation initiatives.
