Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Technical Lead/Manager (Product & Architecture) to drive scalable digital products and define architecture that supports growth. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership across product development and system design.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and steer architectural decisions for APIs and distributed systems, ensuring quality and performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong background in product development and software architecture.
• Hands-on backend with Java, Go, Node.js, Scala, or similar.
• Experience with React/TypeScript/JavaScript is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of software products and platforms.
• Define and maintain architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Make key architectural decisions across applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Write and review code, ensuring engineering quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software development, architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
• Ensure successful delivery of product features while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term system sustainability.
