Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of Tech Solutions to lead its Software & IoT portfolio.

This role defines the product vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy across Consumer, SME, and Enterprise segments, guiding a team of product managers to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive growth and profitability. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
10+ years in Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, Product Development, or tech leadership.
At least 3 years of leadership managing multiple products or portfolios.
Proven track record launching and growing technology products in consumer and business markets.
Experience in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, software, IoT, or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and own the strategic direction, roadmap, and lifecycle of the Software & IoT product portfolio.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers responsible for software, productivity solutions, smart home devices, IoT products, and connected workplace technologies.
Ensure products are customer-focused, commercially viable, and technically feasible across Consumer, SME, and Enterprise markets.
Identify emerging technology trends and new market opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
Drive innovation while maintaining a scalable and sustainable product strategy.
Develop and execute strategies to increase portfolio growth, customer adoption, and profitability.
Build business cases for new products, enhancements, and strategic investments.
Define pricing strategies, commercial models, and value propositions.
Evaluate opportunities to build, partner, acquire, or integrate solutions to accelerate go-to-market.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop tailored offers, bundles, and campaigns.
