Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, public relations, branding, and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing social media, digital campaigns, and online advertising platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads).
• Proficient in content creation, graphic design, and multimedia production using relevant design and editing tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Experience in the NGO, non-profit, or development sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s marketing and communications function and develop strategic plans.
• Oversee campaigns, brand consistency, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Direct production of communication materials and events; monitor budgets and assets.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal divisions; manage administrative requirements.
